Itinerary Instructions

Highlight the Select a Day box and then using your down arrow, scroll to the appropriate day and then tab over to the Select a date and select the date and so on.

Continue using the tab key to bring you to the first ( ) box. Doing so  will cause it to be highlighted  and then type or paste in the Information. Use your Tab key to move between boxes. Doing it this way will automatically highlight each successive text box and allow you to overtype or paste in each one.

Enter the address of the activity location if necessary, or else just continue tabbing to the next feature..

Enter the travel time required to reach the activity location.

Tab down to the Start time and you can either use your mouse and click on the down arrow to expand your choices or simply use your down arrow until the appropriate time is in the box and then tab down to the end time box and select the time you expect to  finish this activity.

Leave this window open while you continue browsing until you have selected all the activities for the day, then print.

If you need more boxes than are on one page, then start another one using the same date. 

Make a new one for each day.
