With the way the market is going our prices are likely to increase in the
near future.
We have started offering some vacation
properties (land) in the USA for rent and some are for sale. Ultimately, any
piece of land is for sale, but these properties make great campsites.
Improvements may be limited on some and nearly all are remote, just the kind of
place most people who are outdoor active would prefer. Each piece of land was
carefully selected to be appropriate for our viewers and was based on the value,
the locations, and the activities nearby. These are the kinds of place we go

Madison County Florida:

parcel in North Florida (Madison county) can be rented by those who want to stay for the winter or just a week, month or however long.
There is good access road, electricity (with 30 amp RV
connection and a 20 amp GFCI), a concrete pad (24
X 20 feet) , pressurized deep springs water (excellent, 3 hose connections),
sewer connection, dusk to
dawn light (optional - switched) and total privacy. The nearest house is about 1 and 1/2
miles away. The weather is mild and the wildlife abundant (Florida's
record buck was taken in the general area). This gentle rolling hill area
is home to some of the best freshwater springs anywhere. Bring your horse,
there are miles of improved horse trails that are lush with Bahia grass.
Reserve in advance as this is on a first come basis and not on the length
of the intended duration. Greater the time the better the rate.

Timberon, New
Mexico: Parcels# NM0011 and NM0012
Located in Otero County of New Mexico this small village
snuggled away in the wooded Timberon mountains has a total annual
population of 309 people.
A couple of locations in the Sacramento Mountains of New Mexico that are for
sale or rent (RV self contained, or primitive camping) and make a great
vacation getaway or homesite (1/2 acre lots - wooded- private) Water
is either at or near the properties and is available after purchase. Most
lots on the area have trees (some are huge). Wildlife is abundant. This is
a great place for hiking, biking, or exploring. Keep your eyes open and
you may find an arrowhead. The varied terrain of the area is flat to
rolling and is broken by cliffs and ravines. Below is a
picture of some of the treed lots that are common throughout the area.
Temperatures are 10 to 20 degrees cooler in the summer than the low
laying regions and the winter snow falls are generally a welcome
site.

wilderness sites and no amenities or services are provided . Tenant is
responsible for trash removal and site maintenance.
